Another new update, another new location…
On September 20th, we set foot on Australian soil. For Elin, it was a somewhat familiar terrain compared to Jesse, for whom this marked his first time outside Europe! (If we’re doing it, we’re doing it properly, haha).
Almost six months later, we’ve decided to head back to the other hemisphere and set foot on Dutch soil again. It feels like a positive decision and one that we’re very excited about.
We’ve already outlined our plans for what we want to do here. Following our passions and entrepreneurship still holds much promise, and we’re just as curious as you are about where this will take us.
Currently, we’re temporarily staying with family in Rotterdam. What our next living situation will be and which region we’ll end up in is still a big mystery for us. We plan to explore the housing market and settle in a place that offers opportunities for both of us.

We still have much to discover, but we both feel a strong attraction to crafts. We’re looking for a workshop to practice our crafts. Jesse still wants to become a farmer to contribute to organic agriculture, and Elin wants to pursue her passion for baking in her own bakery.
How we’ll ultimately each find a workshop for our crafts is still a question. However, we do know that we want to make the most of the resources available to us and gain as much knowledge and experience as possible by focusing on these two crafts.
Although we may have different interests, the overarching aspect of organic and natural living remains the strong glue that will intertwine our passions.
We wanted to share this update with everyone to let you know that we’re back in the Netherlands with renewed ideas that we still want to share with you. It’s great to know that there are still people following us; that’s very motivating for us to keep pushing forward despite the bumps in the road.
We’ll soon be working hard on giving our website and content a small makeover so that it better aligns with our current projects and ventures. Thank you very much for your patience, and we hope to see you again in the next post with a fresh new look.
